Leadership Advancement Program

The Leadership Advancement Program is an accelerated 10 – week virtual learning experience that targets high-potential recent college graduates. Program Participants are committed to developing a well- rounded understanding of Hospitality, core leadership competencies and human-centred Leadership Training to support participants as they define their leadership style and vision of success.

What the course covers

Through a strategic thinking process, we engage values to drive personally and professionally aligned leaders. This program will provide an opportunity to build relationships and focus on leadership competencies through group discussion and hands-on exercises.

Entry Level

The Leadership Advancement Program is an accelerated 10 – week virtual learning experience that targets high-potential recent college graduates. Program Participants are committed to developing a well- rounded understanding of Hospitality, core leadership competencies and Human Centered Leadership Training to support participants as they define their leadership style and vision of success.

Mid-manager and Operations Leaders

Leaders are individuals who consciously choose to use their ability to influence others to bring positive results – for themselves, their team, and the Organization. This program is delivered using accelerated learning techniques to produce the greatest results in the least amount of time. Through a strategic thinking process, we engage values to drive personally and professionally aligned leaders. This program will provide an opportunity to build relationships and focus on leadership competencies through group discussion and hands-on exercises. 

Executive Level

Our goal is to partner with Executives and bring to life the values and hospitality mindset to elevate leaders to be the best version of themselves, inside and outside of work. The vision for the next iteration of the customer/guest experience is steeped in connection through purpose and culture. The seven levels of human-centred Leadership Mastermind is a coach centric, thought-provoking mastermind program. A mastermind is simply a meeting of highly motivated people who share a common goal and are looking to encourage and help each other improve. This program taps executive leaders to strategically drive vision and results by focusing on values and synergy. This program transformative, allowing leaders to create and see opportunities.

Hospitality Mindset

Leaders will learn how to “choose” their mindset by increasing self-awareness, incorporating values alignment, and utilizing empathy at the intersection of a hospitality mindset and design thinking creating more success.
