Jason has been the President of the FLIGHT Hospitality Foundation for over 7 years and his passion for empowering young people to grow and thrive in this industry is clear; continuing this mission has led him recently to establish the Yummy Jobs Hospitality Foundation.

For the last ten years, Neil has been writing degree programs, designing curricula and winning awards for his teaching and now oversees the award-winning Employability and Enrichment Provision at UCFB, an innovative HE institution which teaches the business of sport.
